The services provide social housing landlords, homeowners, commercial real estate and building occupiers with peace of mind for the ongoing maintenance and management of their built environment.
goldeni works across a variety of residential and commercial projects including PFI social housing, supported housing, extra care schemes, corporate properties, government buildings and educational facilities.
goldeni is guided by the application of data insights and internet based technologies which together combined, inform behavioural changes and solve important issues facing communities.
These include ensuring homes and commercial offices provide for quality of living and working; raising awareness of the importance of air quality in people’s homes and places of work, and the challenges of climate change to create a sustainable future.

Corporate Social Responsibility
The team at goldeni is committed to playing its part as active corporate citizens through an ethical and lawful approach to business. It’s important that we find ways to deliver value to people living in the communities where we deliver our services. We actively share our resources and expertise to make a positive impact on the wider community.
Within our CSR programme there are two key areas that we focus on. One is centered on digital inclusion, helping people to improve their lives through the safe use of technology. The other is around encouraging future entrepreneurs within the communities we operate; we do this via our ‘Incubator’ programme which focusses on helping entrepreneurs realise their ideas, and establish their own technology businesses.
In the UK there are 9 million people who can’t use the internet without help. There is a significant overlap between social exclusion and digital exclusion – people who live have low incomes, have low educational attainment, are older, are unemployed, and who live in social housing, are more likely to also lack essential digital skills.
Goldeni works with the Good Things Foundation who are a national digital and social inclusion charity working with thousands of hyperlocal community partners (“Online Centres”) such as community centres, local charities and libraries, who are based in local communities. They call this a ‘big club with a shared vision’ – as what binds this network is the shared vision of a better society where people are digitally included and digitally equal.
The goldeni Incubator is a new business portal that is offering huge opportunities to emerging talent in the IoT sector from the communities within which we work.
The Incubator is dedicated to supporting data analytics, technology and IoT start-ups with the support and resources those young companies might find difficult to access.
The Incubator facilitates the ability to take an idea from concept through to creation and supports the individuals and communities we work in; helping solve our client’s problems now and for the future.
