Originally a software developer, Phil is able to combine his technical skills with his impressive business acumen in order to build successful IT strategies and lead business transformation.
When not in the office, Phil loves to spend time with his family and can often be found pitch-side watching his son play football. He is also an accomplished rower and loves to get out on the water as often as he can.
