Khalid Nawaz
Finance and Commercial Director
With over 10 years’ experience in senior financial roles in the construction sector, Khalid has brought his financial acumen to the housing sector and transformed our financial systems to provide transparency and insight; driving efficiencies and supporting our clients in the cost-effective maintenance of their assets.
He has been able to provide our operational and client teams with commercial insight that has driven continuous improvement, whilst retaining a focus on excellent customer satisfaction.

Paul Reader
Client Director
Having begun his career in construction, Paul has worked across all areas of the housing maintenance sector and has amassed more than 30 years of experience. Responsible for the strategic development of Morgan Sindall Property Services, Paul combines his unrivalled industry knowledge with skills in strategic leadership and relationship building.
During his career, Paul has undertaken study tours of many countries and as far afield as Japan, in order to discover alternative housing maintenance methods and practices. Experiences such as these have made Paul a leader in the field and he regularly contributes to industry publications and gives talks at prestigious conferences around the country.
Paul has a lifelong love of travelling and he has visited a number of far-flung destinations including the Arctic and the Maldives. However, one of his favourite destinations is a little closer to home and he loves making trips to Cornwall.

Natasha Kyriakou
Customer and Communications Director
Natasha originally joined the team in 2015 as Head of Marketing and has since taken on the Customer and Communications Director Role. As well as a wealth of experience in marketing across strategy, public relations, brand development and consumer research, Natasha has also spent more than 15 years working in the housing sector.
As a highly skilled communicator, Natasha understands how to find a balance between data driven insights and emotional intelligence in order to create messaging that connects to the customer.
In her free time, Natasha loves to get out into the great outdoors with her children and particularly enjoys packing up and heading for the seaside. Natasha is also a keen host and goes all out to entertain friends and family at her regular themed parties.

Helen Mason
General Counsel
As a solicitor with more than 20 years of experience, Helen has a highly specialised skillset as well as a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry. During her career, Helen has worked both in-house and in private practice, which has given her a unique insight into the sector.
Since joining the team in 2014, Helen has been instrumental in ensuring that the business continues to grow at pace and that it develops in a way that is sustainable in the long term.
Outside of work, Helen is a keen motorcyclist and runner and completed a 10k for Cancer Research earlier this year, raising an incredible £1,500. When she’s not out on the roads, Helen can be found indulging her passion for home decor with one of her favourite interior magazines.
Mathew Baxter
Group Chief Executive, echelon
Having founded echelon in 2005, Matthew has over 25 years of experience in the development and delivery of asset management within the affordable housing sector. As a result, Mathew brings a wealth of hands-on experience as well as a passion for technology’s role in improving housing maintenance to the goldeni advisory board.
In addition to an in-depth understanding of client needs, Mathew has an unrivalled knowledge of the challenges that face the housing industry today. This makes him perfectly placed to consult on innovative strategies that will allow goldeni to maintain housing and buildings in ground-breaking new ways.
Mathew is also a motorsport enthusiast and is the title sponsor of a motorcycle racing team. He is a keen traveller and particularly enjoys taking road trips in different countries around the world.
